Hosting details
Changi meet-and-greet, in-car water and welcome amenity, AED-certified staff, umbrellas and first-aid kits. Details are written into the run sheet.
Auditable credentials
STB licence, NATAS membership, insurance and supplier credentials can be verified. No unlicensed staff are deployed.

GK MICE is the corporate MICE, team building and business delegation entry point of G K TRAVEL PTE. LTD. The contracting entity, licences and delivery team are G K Travel's.
Can we sign in China?
Contracts and settlement are primarily with the Singapore entity; invoices are available. Cross-border terms and payment are confirmed per project.
Do you have a China office?
China-based liaison colleagues can assist with communication and itinerary coordination; the Singapore team delivers on the ground. The exact contact is confirmed when the project starts.
How can we verify credentials?
Company registration, STB licence and NATAS membership information can be provided for verification, and can also be checked through official Singapore channels.
Can we work together long term?
Yes. For companies with a regular rhythm of annual meetings, quarterly team building or dealer conferences, a framework agreement and annual pricing can be arranged.
