WHAT IS MICE

MICE is not four letters.
It is four different rooms.

Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition. They share one thing — many people in one place at one time — but the flow, rhythm and risks are completely different. A single template applied to every event will fail on the day.

M

Meeting

Industry meetings, forums, launches. Venue, guests, staging, registration and delivery.

I

Incentive

Reward travel and recognition. Hotels, exclusive experiences, dinners and destination flow.

C

Conference

Dealer conferences and annual meetings. Plenary, breakouts, awards and multi-day hosting.

E

Exhibition

Exhibition hosting, stand build, transport and guest flow during the show.

01

Five frequent programmes.

Take the full scope, or hand us one segment.

01

Meetings & forums

Industry summits, product launches, partner meetings. Venue sourcing, agenda design, guest coordination, registration, staging and AV, and on-site delivery.

02

Incentive travel

Reward travel for top performers. Hotels, exclusive experiences, yachts, dinners and Singapore–Malaysia extensions; the point is to feel recognised.

03

Annual dinner · awards

From creative theme, venue and staging to performances, menu and awards flow. 50–500 guests in a hotel ballroom or unique venue.

04

Dealer conference

Multi-day registration, plenary and breakouts, VIP dinner, awards and post-conference team building. The hardest test of parallel coordination.

05

Exhibition & stand hosting

Stand design and build, show-period hosting, guest flow, transport and interpretation. Managing the experience outside the stand, too.

FULL-SERVICE SCOPE

One event.
All of these at once.

The problem is rarely “no supplier”. It is suppliers waiting for each other. The value of full-service delivery is one person accountable for every interface.

Venue

Convention centres, hotel ballrooms, unique venues, outdoor and waterfront spaces

Catering

Chinese, Western, buffet, halal, vegetarian, cocktails and gala menus

Staging & AV

Stage, lighting, sound, LED, registration and exhibition stands

Accommodation

Group rooms, VIP rooms, early check-in / late check-out and rooming management

Transport

Airport transfers, corporate fleets, coach dispatch and driver management

Crew

Project managers, bilingual hosts, interpreters, photography and ushers

Registration

Sign-up, lists, check-in, badges, seating and rooming

Contingency

Weather, medical, flights, equipment and staffing plans

PRO-MICE

The Pro-MICE
delivery system.

“Something will change.
The question is who decides when it does.”
01

Dedicated on-site PM

One project manager from pre-event coordination to close-down. Decisions happen on site, not back in the office.

02

Bilingual crew

English / Chinese project managers and crew, with sector-aware bilingual hosts. International guests and local teams stay in the same conversation.

03

ABC contingencies

Plans B and C are prepared before the event. Weather, equipment, flights or staffing changes switch according to the plan.

04

Medical contacts

Direct contacts with local medical providers; urgent cases are referred through an established process.

05

Stop-work mechanism

The PM has the authority to stop any element that becomes unsafe or unacceptable, and switch to an alternative.

02

Venue types and what they suit.

Singapore is dense with venues, but every one has minimum spend, access times and build restrictions. Choose the venue after the event, not from a photograph.

CONVENTION CENTRES

Large meetings · exhibitions · dealer conferences

Marina Bay Sands Expo, Suntec Singapore, Singapore Expo. For 300+ guests needing a plenary, breakouts and exhibition space.

HOTEL BALLROOMS

Annual dinners · awards · galas

Fullerton, Raffles, St. Regis, Shangri-La, RWS. For events that need catering, stage and accommodation in one place.

CITY LANDMARKS

Launches · welcome receptions · brand events

Gardens by the Bay, National Gallery, ArtScience Museum. Strong sense of place, but stricter build and catering rules.

WATERFRONT & OUTDOOR

Incentives · team building · sunset dinners

ONE°15 Marina, Sentosa Cove, Keppel Bay, Sentosa. For light builds and experience-led programmes.

BUDGET

How the budget
usually splits.

A planning reference, not a quote. Actual percentages depend on group size, venue grade, catering standard, build complexity and season.

03

Planning rhythm.

Leave enough time and you keep more options. Peak season venues and hotels need to be locked earlier.

30–1004–6 weeks ahead

Venue and catering options are relatively flexible; avoid last-minute dates.

100–3006–8 weeks ahead

More detailed grouping, transport and accommodation; venue availability tightens.

300+8–12 weeks ahead

Multiple venues, suppliers and staggered flows; a longer confirmation cycle.

Peak season2–4 weeks earlier

Chinese New Year, May, summer, National Day and year-end are Singapore's corporate event peaks.

Urgent projects can be accelerated, but venue and hotel options shrink. We will flag timing risk in the proposal.

FAQ

MICE questions.

What is the difference between full-service and individual bookings?

Individual booking covers one element, such as venue or transport. Full-service delivery gives one project manager responsibility for venue, catering, staging, transport, crew and contingency — fewer interfaces and clearer accountability.

What group sizes can you handle?

Regularly 50–500; 1,000+ can be delivered with convention centres and supplier partners. The larger the group, the more critical the lead time and venue choice.

How quickly can you produce a proposal?

Usually 3–5 business days for a first proposal; urgent projects can be accelerated. Venue availability and pricing are subject to confirmation.

Can we book only the annual dinner?

Yes. You can also book only a meeting, incentive trip, exhibition hosting or corporate transport.

Can we settle in Singapore?

Yes. Contracts and settlement are with the Singapore entity; invoices are available. Cross-border payment and terms are confirmed per project.

How do you control on-site risk?

Dedicated PM, ABC contingencies, direct medical contacts and a stop-work mechanism; key suppliers and equipment are confirmed in advance, with backups on site.
