TEAM BUILDING · SINGAPORE
It is giving people who only talk about work a half-day to see each other differently. 30–300 guests, across beach, city, culture, food and creative settings.
WHY SINGAPORE
Morning on Sentosa, afternoon review at Marina Bay, dinner on a yacht — in Singapore, all three can happen on the same day. A compact, safe city means less time in transit and more time as a team.
For teams from China, Singapore offers language, food and flight certainty. For international teams, it is a neutral destination where English and Chinese both work.

Ice-breaking, collaboration, recognition, reflection, or simply letting the team breathe — start with the objective, then choose the format.
A private yacht, sailing or kayaking, followed by a sunset deck dinner. Ideal for reward teams and the evening before an annual meeting.
Marina Bay, Chinatown and Kampong Glam become the board. Teams complete missions and collect points; the city becomes the playing field.
Hainanese chicken rice, chilli crab or Peranakan kueh. Teams cook, plate and present; judges score. Indoors and weather-proof.
MegaZip, Skyline Luge and obstacle courses. A controlled dose of adrenaline to break the ice properly.
Improv, team sandbox, sustainable craft or brand co-creation. For teams that need real conversation and a clear outcome.
Annual meeting, awards, performances and team building in one evening. One team owns venue, staging, catering and flow.
Group size sets the flow; duration sets the number of settings; the state of the team sets whether you play or talk.
| Format | Group size | Duration | Best for | Highlight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yacht team building | 30–150 | 3–5 hours | Reward, pre-gala | High-end, photogenic, memorable |

The same destination works differently over half a day, one day or two days.
For the half-day before or after a quarterly or regional meeting. Two or three activities plus lunch; the goal is a shared, relaxed setting.
Outdoor challenge in the morning, indoor workshop or review in the afternoon, dinner in the evening. Good for cross-functional teams.
Team building, dinner and a second day of free time or a workshop — ideal for annual meetings, sales incentives and leadership reviews.
30 and 300 are not the same programme. At scale, flow, grouping, catering and safety all need to be re-designed.
Two or three activities plus lunch, focused on ice-breaking and collaboration. Cost per head stays controlled; good for quarterly recognition.
Outdoor morning, indoor afternoon, dinner in the evening. Coaches, safety officer and AED-certified crew.
Rotating groups (outdoor / water / workshop), closing with a themed dinner. Dedicated PM and ABC contingencies.
Split venues, batches and flows; longer lead time and a more detailed transport, catering and safety plan.
SAFETY & WEATHER
Singapore is rainy. Outdoor activities have indoor fallbacks by default; the team switches based on the day's conditions instead of letting rain shrink the programme.
Water, aerial and sports activities are run by licensed suppliers with professional equipment and safety crews; activity insurance is configured per programme and emergency contacts are collected in advance.
Allergies, religious and dietary requirements are collected before the event. Buffet and plated service are both available; halal, vegetarian and children's meals can be arranged.
A dedicated project manager on site, bilingual crew and radio communication; ABC contingencies and a stop-work mechanism when needed.
